Migration is not a crime. Seeking safety is not illegal. Survival should never be punished. Across the world today, millions of people are forced to leave their homes due to war, persecution, climate disasters, and economic collapse. Yet instead of protection, many migrants and refugees are met with violence, detention, family separation, and policies that strip them of dignity and basic human rights. Borders may be political. Human lives are not.
