We, the undersigned, are deeply alarmed by the continuous and unacceptable kidnapping of innocent school children across Nigeria by bandits and terrorist groups. Children go to school to learn — not to be abducted, traumatised, or sold. Yet this has become the reality for thousands of Nigerian families. Enough is enough. We hereby demand the following: 1. The immediate and safe rescue of all currently kidnapped Nigerian children. 2. The immediate shutdown of all schools across the 36 states of Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) until every kidnapped child is recovered and adequate security is guaranteed. 3. The Nigerian government must deploy all necessary military and security resources to locate and rescue these children without further delay. 4. The United Nations and international community must intervene and put pressure on the Nigerian government to act urgently. 5. Those responsible must be arrested, prosecuted, and brought to justice. We are giving the Nigerian government and relevant authorities 10 to 20 days to respond to these demands. If no concrete action is taken within this period, the Rise Up Things Foundation will mobilise a WORLDWIDE NIGERIAN TEENAGERS STRIKE AND PROTEST — on every continent, in every city, until justice is served. These children are not statistics. They are sons and daughters, brothers and sisters, friends and classmates. They deserve to come home. Sign this petition. Share it. Make noise. The world is watching.
