I am signing up for this cause because I want to bring Omini_Tech to life — a growing tech company with a vision to become Africa’s first tech powerhouse, dedicated to bridging the gap between innovation and technology in Nigeria. At the moment, I am operating with limited resources and using RefreeG account to seek support. My goal is to raise funds to officially register Omini_Tech as a PLC, ensuring legal recognition, transparency, and public trust—so people can clearly see that this is a legitimate and serious tech company, not just another so-called online scam. The funds raised will be used for essential registration, compliance, and company setup, including: Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and certification Tax identification and validation with Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS TIN) SCUML registration and other legal approvals Corporate bank account setup Google Business profile setup In addition, the funds will support corporate structure and branding, such as: Logo rebranding, e-flyer, business cards, company stamp and seal Staff materials (ID cards for 25 staff, offer letters, guarantor forms, bio data) Employee non-compete templates and official documentation Company letterheads, acceptance letter, and CAC certificate framing A major part of the funding will also go into building an official company portfolio website, which will clearly present: Our mission and vision FAQs and company information Our team and structure Upcoming projects, including apps and game development Contact channels, newsletters, and social media presence And lot's more......
